This property has been our favorite since our daughter moved to Des Moines. She lives in the Fleming Building, which is next to the Surety. The location is great, and we really like the underground parking. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful upscale hotel with a restaurant in the hotel. Food is trendy and expensive. Decor in the room is lovely with wood floors, a refrigerator underneath a built in shelf with a wet bar. King size bed is super comfy and black out curtains
