Jade East Towers 1740 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Modern city décor meets laid back beach style in this Destin vacation condo. The scenery inside and out is simply stunning! Granite counters, dark wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances accented by deep reds and soothing tans create a cool and sophisticated aura. Plus, its spot on the eastern corner of the Jade East Towers combined with 17 stories of height fashions the most amazing views of Choctawhatchee Bay and the sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf. Miles of white sand and palm trees are the perfect backdrop for the perfect vacation. Jade East also enjoys an excellent location in the middle of Destin. A variety of appetizing restaurants, pristine golf courses, and exciting open air malls are all just minutes away. Or take advantage of all the great amenities right on site! Take the boardwalk to hours of sunny bliss on the world’s most beautiful beaches then nap on the spacious pool deck by the rock waterfall and hot tub. There is something to suit the whole family’s tastes with full tennis court and basketball goal, fitness facilities, new grilling areas, and free- wireless internet. During Spring Break and over the 4th of July holiday this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. Other holidays rent for a 4 night minimum. All other times, this condo rents nightly. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Beautiful destination.
The master shower was huge but needed something on the floor because it was slippery. The jet tub was fantastic but one of the jets needed replacing. Overall, I would go back every year. Because it was so nice.

I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this rental & location is! You have to see it to believe it!! The check-in & check-out process was a breeze! Loved the code for the door instead of cards we often lose! The condo is beautifully decorated & well maintained! It seemed recently updated & they chose the perfect flooring, appliances, cabinetry, & furniture! The rooms & unit as a whole is very spacious! Definitely room for a large family! Oh the view!! The view from the living room, master bedroom, & balcony is absolutely breathtaking! Amazing views of the beautiful water & sand from the 17th floor! Easy & fast access to the pool & beach! It's literally right outside of the back door of the building! Also, can't forget the reserved front row parking spot for the unit! It was awesome to not have to worry about finding a parking spot or having to park very far from the building & carry your items! It was our first time in Destin & we will definitely be returning!! P.S. we travel very often & this was by far the best unit so far!

Really nice condo
The condo is extremely nice inside and a great view. The building itself is a little dated and in need of some upgrades. The ‘fitness center is pretty bad so don’t plan on a great workout while you are there. Also, the listing advertised that it could sleep 8 since there was a sleeper sofa. But when we arrived, there was no sleeper. We had to buy an air mattress.

Wonderful!
My family of 6 stayed and enjoyed this condo very much! Super convenient to the beach and restaurants... only one issue is the air conditioner to the master isn't sufficient, however they have two fans they provided that made it bearable. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again in the future.

Amazing view! Clean for the most part.
There was mold in one of the bathrooms and we had very noisy neighbors! Overall condo was great and the view and location to the beach was great!
