Beautiful tile throughout the entire unit. The kitchen features granite tile countertops with all the utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just a snack. New furniture throughout the unit, including new Sealy mattresses in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with full bath. The condo is equipped with stackable washer and dryer, perfect for those extended stays in Destin. Outdoor balcony has a lounger, chairs and a table.

There is an extra large sun deck, great for tanning and socializing, located right next to the Tiki Hut, adjacent to the pool.
