When you rent this lovely gulf-front condo as the lockout option, you will have 2,592 sq. ft. of comfortable living space including 2 separate and furnished living rooms, 2 fully-equipped kitchens (that’s twice the appliances!!), and even 2 washers/dryers for your convenience. Plus, each living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa.
The #101A side has 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom and Sleeps 6. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and an en suite bathroom featuring a whirlpool tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, and there is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, where you will also find well-appointed furnishings and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The #101B side has 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom and Sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. There are two bathrooms in this unit, both include a shower/tub combo. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in this living room. High speed internet access is provided. Unit 101 has limited gulf views with 2 patios that open directly onto the sundeck. This lockout unit comes with 2 seasonal beach service setups, which includes 2 umbrellas and 4 chairs.
