My overall stay was excellent. One complaint is they don’t have any dining options for lunch. They have a pool hut but it doesn’t open until 4:30 pm

Everything was great however the only complaint was we have 2 year old and we didn't get a room with a tub. We had a shower and there wasn't a door so water splashed everywhere. We asked for a new room but there wasn't a room available .

Love the area. First time at this hotel, much better parking availability than the other flamingo crossings properties. Very clean and safe. Everyone was friendly. Not sure if it was just our room or the entire property but our shower did spray outside the enclosed area, we just put down extra towels. Room was extremely spacious with good storage.

We stayed at The Residence Inn on two occasions in October, and both stays were excellent. The two rooms we had were extremely spacious and very clean. The decor is contemporary with comfortable furnishings. Complimentary breakfast was included in our booking, and we found it to be more than adequate for our needs, with plenty of food choices. This hotel is fairly new, so everything looks perfect, but I would just hope that some of the guests treat this place with respect, so that future guests can enjoy the excellent decor and facilities provided at the Residence Inn. I must also mention the staff, who were extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

They offer a free shuttle service to and from Disney theme parks. Not to Universal. The staff was friendly and answered all our questions during our stay. The area has a Wendy’s, and Firehouse Subs that are open till 10pm. During the day there are other nearby food locations. Will gladly stay here again.
