Pelican Beach 4th floor Upgraded 2 bedroom -on the beach-

Pelican Beach Resort is in the heart of Destin right on the beach and very close to many attractions, Destin Marina and fancy restaurants. We have 5 other one bedroom condos and another 2 bedroom condo in the Resort. This unit has master bedroom overlooking the gulf. It is a larger unit, sleeps 6 and has a washer/dryer inside the unit. You will love the decor of this unit and the unobsctructed ocean views from the unit. There is also access to the balcony from the master bedroom. There is no road to pass, we are directly on the beach.

This is a no smoking facility, smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony. Resort has the eviction power for those who do not follow the rules. Smoking is only allowed at two designated locations at the Resort.

We do not offer any military or other discounts. Applicable last minute specials are already built-in to the daily rates. -You pay full amount to confirm your reservation. Please check applicable cancellation policy below-

We do a credit card authorization of $300 as a security/damage deposit, one day before check-in, but never charge your credit card. We automatically release this authorization hold 1 day after check-out. -This item may be stated as "deposit paid at the property" in the charges description-

We are directly on the beach. There is no road to pass.

During March-October there is beach service at the Pelican Private Beach and beach vendor does not allow chairs/umbrella in front of their rental chairs. For guests that prefer 1st or 2nd row seats, we provide their contact information, so you may reserve seats in advance.

PETS are not allowed per the HOA (no matter how small).

If you reached us through vrbo/homeaway/expedia you will have to book through that channel as we do not accept direct bookings when approached through those channels. For repeat guests we may provide our vacationsatdestin site.

We do not have snowbird monthly rates. We provide a 20% discount for stays longer than 28 days. This discount is already built into the rate you see when you go to "pay now".

Cleaning and linen fees are included in our pricing under "Resort Fee". The longer you stay, the less rent you pay per night since the Resort fee is averaged over your stay.

Pelican Beach Resort is an ideal family resort located in the heart of beautiful Destin, right on the beach. Perfect getaway for your family! It is conveniently located, only 2.5 miles from the HarborWalk Village and few minutes away from the shops, restaurants, golf clubs and bars. Water & adventure park, Big Kahuna's is located right across the street.

The Resort has free garage parking, heated indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie pool, hot tub, fitness center, sauna and steam room, beach services, beachside Tiki Bar, video game room, tennis courts and outdoor grills.

We are at the 4th floor, with great views and and easy access!

We provide a pack n' play for kids.

We offer a combination Keurig and Regular coffee brewing machine as seen in the listing pictures. Please bring coffee and filters.

Highly recommend that you rent chairs and umbrella from the beach vendor well in advance. We provide their contact info so you can reserve your space and be close to the water. Pelican Beach is very popular and has a compact beach that usually gets full very fast.

There is no check-in or check-out at the lobby. You simply go to the condo, enter the door code and make yourself at home.
Stop at Reception only to register (where they check the age requirements), get a parking pass and resort bracelets (during March-October) and sign off of the rules and regulations for the Resort. Please note that maximum of 6 people can register and stay per unit.

Our check-in is at 4pm, Check-out is at 10 am. Since you directly go to the unit with your assigned door code, there is no deadline for checking in. You may check-in any time after 4 PM of the check-in day, just like you would at your own vacation home.

If you arrive early, feel free to enter into the resort, register at the front desk and get your parking pass and pool bracelets and enjoy the beach and the pools. However we do not allow early check-in's to the unit especially during high season since the unit is mostly booked back to back and we need extra time to prepare the condo

Private bathroom in the master suite and another separate full bathroom in the hallway, it also opens up to the second bedroom. Master bathroom has a tub and the second one has a nice roomy shower. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space.

Our condo has a key-less entry door lock system, so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay. Your vacation should be relaxing; no more lock outs or lost keys. You will also have the opportunity to create your own unique code that "you" select for your stay.

We offer a complimentary welcome package. Startup supply of toilet papers, in each bathroom, hand soap in both bathrooms and kitchen, dish liquid, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, in the kitchen.

There are no fixed phones in the unit, however cell phone reception is very good for major carriers.

Guests can access the pools, gym, hot tubs, sauna, steam room, the beach and everything Pelican Beach Resort offers.

We give our guests privacy and we are only a phone call away.

We are right on the beach and very close to many attractions. Destin Marina is only couple miles away. Big Kahuna's water park is across the street. Lot's of restaurants within walking distance. Closeby grocery stores etc.

a car is recommended but it is not necessary to enjoy the many things Pelican Beach Resort offers.

Cancellation Policy for VRBO and direct booking: 90% refund if cancelled up to 30 days before check-in - vrbo fees are not refundable, no refunds after that.
