Property was not cleaned properly. It had pet hair all over. The bedsheets were not fresh and I found human hair in it which was disgusting. Thankfully nearby Target was open late and I was able to buy new bedding set.

Wonderful vacation!
Thank you for another fantastic Destin vacation! We love the community of Sand Piper Cove and the convenience of its location. Coffee on the balcony and watching the birds and boats in the morning was our favorite way to start the day. The room was comfortable and cozy. The only suggestion that I have is to add a full length mirror somewhere. That would help everyone check bathing suits and clothes before heading out. Other than that idea, there are no complaints from this little family. Thanks again and we will be back!!

Perfect location in condo with all you need
We really enjoyed our stay here. It felt like a peaceful community with easy access to a private beach. This is also located in an area where everything you need is within a quick drive. Condo had everything we needed.

Great Location, Great Unit
This was our second time staying in this unit and our experience was just as good as the first time! The property manager made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our week-long vacation. The unit is very convenient to the beach and the delicious Louisiana Lagniappe; the beach service (two chairs and umbrella) that comes with the unit was outstanding! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sandpiper Cove and couldn’t have asked for a better unit and a better host. We look forward to returning to this unit soon!

The community is great! The beach area was nice and the complimentary beach chairs made our time at the beach even more enjoyable. The view of the canal was nice we watched fish and turtles swim in the water. We took advantage of the free passes to Big Kahunas Water Park, Blue Water Bay Golf Course, Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise and Fun Pug Bike Rentals. The condo itself was very nice and clean. Only complaint is when we got there the towels were not folded and put away they were left in the dryer and there was not a trash can in the bathroom just a trash bag laying on the floor other than those two very minor things everything was perfect. We loved our stay! We recommend getting the bike rentals and riding to Osteen Beach and Norigo Beach!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo is in a perfect location in the complex with great access to the pools and beach and close to the local golf courses. The condo was adorable - it was clean, updated and had a very home -like feel. Perfect for our family of 3. Would definitely book again!

Amazing stay
We really enjoyed staying at this location. It was very close to the beach, the apartment was very roomy for a family of 4. The room was very clean and had all the appliances we needed for our 6 day stay. The umbrella and 2 chairs was the icing on the cake, I had no idea how comfortable it was to use them at the beach, they’re are set up for us by the staff. Will definitely plan on coming back, loved staying here.

Location was convenient. Unit was clean for the most part. Found a few food wrappers in the living area upon arrival. Our main issue was that the wash cloths and towels were really worn out and need to be replaced. Also, the pillow shams and bed spread need a thorough cleaning. The AC programming at night was a bit warm. We liked the location and will consider renting again in the future.

Fabulous place to stay!
Our stay in this condo was nothing short of fabulous! The king bed is super comfy, the bath towels were super thirsty, and everyone in my party was delighted! The condo extremely clean and the fact it has a washer/dryer made the biggest difference (packed light!) The small kitchen proved perfect for me to make a couple meals with everything I needed stored neatly. I thoroughly enjoyed my morning coffee out on the balcony. The fact the condo comes with the beach set up (two chairs and umbrella) was simply amazing and such a life saver. If you rent bring some fives to tip the guys who set you up on the beach! I really really really hope we can book this great place again! Ohhh and we took advantage of the xploria deals we got from booking - do the dolphin cruise! Thank you Lewis so much for such a fabulous rental! We hope to rent with you in 2023!!!

When booking this condo, I was made aware of the door code, and information from the host instantly. When we arrived in Sandpiper Cove, we went through the security gate and the guard never gave us a parking pass, or gate code even though we told him our unit # and stay duration. We arrived about an hour before our check in time. Knowing we could not get in the condo early, we decided to just go to the beach. When we walked on the walkway, we encountered 2 coded gates. Naturally I freaked out, not having any code. I had read the emails multiple times but since the guard never gave us a code I was out of luck. I chose to call the property manager to ask about the code, and he scolded me asking if I had read the manual in a derogatory tone. I felt humiliated. Yes I had read the emails and manual, but with so much information it’s easy to forget, and I had gone to the guard but never received the code. This encounter with Lewis made it very difficult to ask questions about further issues during our stay. During our stay, the bath tub struggled to drain. The water pressure was low as well. We would have drained the tub, but there was no drain tool available. There was only one trash bag for us to use. The place was clean and welcoming but the amenities lacked. I understand bringing toilet paper, but trash bags? There was also no hairdryer which is pretty standard to have in a hotel/ bnb…especially at the beach. The condo was cute and cozy! It was very updated and overall a great stay. It was quiet and tranquil. I highly recommend Sandpiper Cove. Great area and condo but wish we could have had a more pleasant conversation with the property manager. He was always quick to respond via text or call though. I truly believe you never know the situation behind someone’s frustration and anger and choose to believe maybe he was just having a rough moment.

This property was amazing.
We stayed mid April of 22. Lewis was easy to get ahold of. The property was very clean and a perfect location. We were right above the channel and caught crabs right out back. My kids and wife had a wonderful time. We will 100 percent rent from Lewis again.
