Double charged
The hotel was great, but I was disappointed that I paid in full for the hotel through hotels.com, then was charged the full price plus the deposit again when I got to the hotel. I only realized this after they charged my card. Later in the evening, I was charged a random amount again by the hotel. They said I would be refunded the money, but upon my departure, my account did not reflect any refund, nor was I given any written documentation that the refund would happen. Very frustrating!

You would think this casino hotel would be upscale, comparable to others in the area. Toilet needed to have the handle manipulated to operate without continuous running. Hotel had someone look at it, however, it still required manipulation. If you aren’t going to put a new lever on (current had significant rust), then put a note how to operate so water doesn’t continue to flow. Also disappointed that the shower temperature was just “warm”, could not get it hot. For the price of the room that is surely an expectation.

I have been in lots of casino hotels. This stay was the worst one I have had and will never stay again. The other customers were loud as hell and blatantly obnoxious. It started at 2 am where somewhere near us the guest were yelling so loud you could hear it but not sure from where.. Then throughout the night on several occasions they would run up and down the hall and bang on the wall the entire hall length. Called security on both occasions. But still kept happening.
