Delusional Maintenance
After the first night, maintenance kept knocking on my door but whenever I verbally acknowledged them, they wouldn't say anything. I had to call the front desk to complain about being disturbed. Apparently, maintenance thought they heard children in the room. I had checked in alone. There were no children or any other adults. Thankfully the disturbances ceased and I was able to enjoy the rest of my stay.

I love the hotel. But what I didn’t love is not getting sleep we had someone above us and the kids jumped ran all night..The staff was horrible wasn’t considerate of us checking in she literally had us waiting 30 minutes while she converse with another customer. And no it wasn’t about the hotel but things they shared about their lives.

Upon arrival I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. The desk help was working their other property which was next door. While we tried to check in and they were unable to accommodate the type of room I had booked. Once they had found another room, when we went to the room we found it still dirty. We returned to the desk and informed them. Instead of assigning another room, they made us go back to the room to look it over with them. The bedding was dirty, the room had an odor, and there was tape and other things hanging from the ceiling. Instead of moving us, they wanted to just clean the room while we waited in the lobby. The staff was very unhappy that we had brought that to their attention.

I would recommend this hotel
The rooms were very clean and the mattress looked like it was brand new. The breakfast was okay but a nice touch. The coffee was very good.

They don’t clean!
They never gave fresh towels and never serviced the room. We were there 5 days and had to ask for towels everyday, which was a huge problem for the staff and they were annoyed every time. I asked for the room to be cleaned 3 days in a row. On day 4 someone picked up the mountain of towels and emptied SOME (not all) of the garbage. Didn’t make a bed or vacuum. The breakfast was great and the people who ran the breakfast were very kind, but other than that - the beds were AWFUL, old, uncomfortable and lumpy. No bugs and the a/c didn’t smell, so that was a plus; but over all not what I would expect for the money. Very disappointing.
