Dissatisfied

The hotel was dissapointing and overpriced. The room had no mini fridge/ coffee machine or dressing gowns. Booked a king room but it did not reflect the photos advertised online. The service in the bar was slow and there was no place to buy snacks/ drinks as the shop area was closed throughout our stay. Definitely overpriced for the quality.

Access by car was quite difficult - lots of traffic. Parking at the hotel was good and not too expensive although the option of breakfast plus parking was not available.

Loved the location. Quiet and the free shuttle boat to canary wharf and then to Uber boats was the best way to get around.

Nice hotel, friendly attentive staff

The hotel is in a great location by the river with excellent views of Canary Wharf. The free boat across the river and the X20 bus make for food transport links. The room was clean and spacious. There is an excellent bar, restaurant and riverside terrace. Highly recommended.

We unfortunately had a horrible experience with the place we were intending to stay during our time in London. The Doubletree was an absolute oasis for my family. We were able to book a family room at the last minute and it met our every need and then some. At check in, the desk agent offered us late check out and delicious chocolate chip cookies. The room was perfectly appointed. Both breakfast and lunch were incredible. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will stay again next time we are in London.

The hotel was decent and staff was really nice, but the room had a musty, dirty smell and the location was terrible. Although it was a few miles from main attractions, it took minimum 45 minutes to get anywhere with traffic and the fact that it was on the other side of the river.

Very nice hotel. It is clean and has larger rooms. The hallways are small and the lift is tiny. If you are a tourist just know that you are a little farther away. There is a free boat that goes back and forth between both sides of the river. This is a hotel boat, but non hotel guests can pay to cross. Just show your reservation when crossing. You would be coming down from canary Warf if arriving from Heathrow … Elizabeth Line direct. There is a nice cafe on the north side. If you walk five to ten minutes you will be at Canary Warf with lots of restaurants. There is an Uber boat from Canary Warf to the main areas like Tower Hill. This will cost more to use ..I think it is 10 or more a trip. There is the C10 bus just outside the hotel front entrance and will take you right down to Tower Hill as well. Use google maps to get around and figure your best routes. Other than the distance and getting to the main areas it was a good hotel.

Jonas on reception was very welcoming and helpful, always felt safe during our stay and great that we were able to use the ferry to go across the river. Room service was great as was the food and extremely yummy cocktails x

Great weekend fetaway

Loved our family vacation while staying here!

Wonderful, Great service, nice breakfast, easy check in, and clean. Nice relaxing location! Moved to city on Uber boat, and was easy! Got to relax at hotel and then visit the busier areas of London. The carpet seamed either stained or a bit dirty though and the AC took all night to cool the room down, but all the good outweighs those little details! Would stay there again any time!!!

It was nice stay after all, we love the family room so we can all stay together. it's free ferry if you stay in the hotel and about 10-15 mins walk to the Underground.

Awesome doubletree by Hilton

Excellent hotel, great location and very interesting to see London from the other side of the Thames. Would highly recommend this hotel. Staff extremely helpful and friendly I’d give the hotel 5 stars for sure.
