Room was clean .. went to the pool the water had a green tint to it.. and the chlorine was overwhelming definitely tell it hasn’t been drained and cleaned properly and water tasted of urine and had mold on baseboard areas

a very clean and comfortable room... comfy bed and exquisite pillows The walls/floors are rather thin so I heard my upstairs neighbour tromping around all hours.

I was in room 209 and there were bed bugs. The first night I had two bites, the second night 2 more. Then I realized the issue. I had to deal with this issue in my home as well because I brought them back from the hotel.
