Our stay was unacceptable. The hotel appears to have been under renovation for a very long time. The front desk was a table in the lobby. The door to our room wasn't even locked when we got there, which seemed unsafe. There was a hole punched through the inside of the bathroom door, urine and hair on the toilet, dirty spots in the tub, wallpaper peeling off, a white substance next to the sink, a lot of sticky surfaces throughout the room, the curtains were ripped and hanging down, one reading light was broken, another didn't even have a bulb, there were large cobwebs in the corners and by the windows and the room smelled like cigarettes. There was no breakfast as advertised. Booked for 2 nights via Expedia and left before checkout time the first day. We were offered a king room for an upcharge, but that was not sufficient for our group size. Requested a refund for the 2nd night and have not received. Was also told there was an additional $8 service fee once we got there, I was charged $12.Had we not gotten there so late after a delayed flight, we would not have stayed the first night either. This hotel should not be selling the rooms that have not been renovated and should be more clear about the conditions prior to booking. The location was convenient and the front desk person was congenial, although I can only imagine the number of upset and disappointed customers she has to deal with given the conditions of this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.

Worst place ever
This is a very bad hotel no soap in the room. The curtains didn’t close. There was noise outside all night. I will never stay here again. It’s totally if I could give it anything I would give it -10 stars. It was awful. Then later on I called to complain about 45 hours after I checked out and the manager was the nastiest piece of work on the phone with me. It was unbelievable. I literally had to hang up on her so needless to say I will never ever stay there.

Was shocked to walk in to lobby which didn’t exist a person sitting at a makeshift desk helped us register through all the noise and mess. Walked by the fitness center which was filled with building materials but no equipment. Going to our room was a real shock it was filthy the shower so dirty neither my husband or I would take a shower. The airport transportation basically didn’t exist the driver argued with the desk clerk said he wouldn’t come back to pick us up!! So we scrambled to get an Uber which of course we had to pay for!!!

Undercrenovation for 1 year or more, surorise airport fee $4, surprise security deposit $100, surprise limited shuttle to airport 1x every hour at 15 min to the hot, shuttle pulls up anywhere in parking lot, out of view from main entrance, ….waited 2 hrs for shuttle, then took Lyft, must call for hotel shuttle upon arrival, and find correctvstall to board shuttle at ground transportation terminal hub, cannot waive the. Mercedes can down from any curb

Our room smelled like mold and cigarettes. I needed to book a room convenient and close to the airport, the location was ideal but it smelled absolutely awful. There was a weird dried up substance on my bed sheet and my socks were black on the bottom from how dirty it was. I worked all day and arrived late because I just needed something quick since my flight was early the next day, but I was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE !!! FILTHY

The property is not well-maintained. The rooms are in poor condition, with broken curtains and other issues. The front desk service was unhelpful, In the morning, when I went to return the key, there was no one at the front desk. Overall, this is a very disappointing property.

I purchased the room for my adult children due to an early flight the next am. It was under construction but very clean, convent and the staff was excellent. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Disappointing Evening
The hotel was under construction at the time. That was not in the notice I received when I made the reservation last week. We did not have enough linens in the room. The sink was backed up and unpleasant to use. The room was marginally cleaned. The betting sheets were thin and came apart easily. The TV didn’t work. It may not have been plugged in, but it was just one of many things that did not go well. If I known the hotel was under construction, I would not have reserved a room there. I was disappointed. The staff was trying to be accommodating, but when I asked for extra towels, we got a handful of medium-size hand towels, and no regular bath towels.

Room (101) Not kept up at all, big gap in door at the bottom (could see light from lobby), horrible yellow lighting in bathroom, room smelled of Lysol, stains on bathroom floor, bed sheets had burned marks, bathroom wallpaper was coming off in a major way in several places, walls had writing on them, check in area was a mess due to counter construction and the two ladies doing the check ins were both scattered, mattress was squeaky, chair in room has many stains on upholstery, etc. General feeling of being unsafe. Wouldn’t have stayed but I had no option with early flight.
