Location, Location,Location!!! Park Lane, the perfect spot to enjoy Dingle in style. A three bedroom, three bathroom house a minutes walk from Dingle harbour, it’s in the middle of all the action but on a quiet residential street. This house has been restored to the highest standard with beautiful wooden shutters on the sash windows, contemporary furniture, a cool fitted booth in the classic kitchen, a wet room, a TV in every room and with a snug at the back of the house there is plenty of space for all the family to relax. The courtyard at the back is the perfect sun trap with a gas BBQ.

There are two double bedrooms upstairs that are light and fresh with wardrobes, lamps, bedside lockers and shuttered sash windows that overlook Gray’s Lane. The master bedroom is decorated in a warm grey tone with two large windows, its own ensuite, a kingsize bed, lovely antique furniture and a fantastic view of the park.

Bathrooms
Park Lane has three contemporary bathrooms. Downstairs there is a grey tiled wet room with wall mounted WC. Upstairs there is a large family bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet tiled from floor to ceiling. The main bedroom has an ensuite also with a shower, toilet and sink.

Reading room
The calming grey reading room at the back of the cottage is a great space for some quiet time with big comfy couch’s and two large shuttered windows and a wall mounted TV with a separate satellite if you want to watch the match in peace.

Living area
The main living area is structured by the luxurious corner couch which hugs the wood burning stove, with a dining table for 6 plus a fitted booth in the kitchen area there is plenty space for all. The newly fitted kitchen has a large American style fridge freezer, classic country kitchen units and a fitted double oven and microwave.

Charming property in fabulous location
Our party loved our stay at Park Lane. The location can't be beat and the common areas were excellent. The washer/dryer situation is abysmal and carpet throughout is stained and dirty. Those are easy fixes to have a perfect property.

The house is very conveniently located to walk anywhere in Dingle. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished with dishes and cutlery and pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The stay accommodations were very good. Welcome package was very nice and unexpected. Appliances (dishwasher/washer/dryer) we’re a little difficult to operate. We couldn’t figure out how to operate the dishwasher. The proximity to downtown for shopping and eating were great. The lack of a/c could have been overcome by having screens on either doors or windows so we could leave them open. Showers were great and hot water was plentiful. Overall rating would be 9.5 out of 10. Great time in Dingle. Thank you for a very nice time.

This house was clean and spacious and right in the shopping/eating area. Parking can be iffy as there is no designated parking, just street parking. That being said, we were able to park close to the property each time. Our property manager, Finnoula, stopped by to say hello and checked we were all settled in okay. We were there for just a couple of days but this would be excellent for a long stay too.

Perfect location in Dingle
The location is perfect for a stay in Dingle, on a quiet side street just a block or two from shopping and pubs. Kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of room to spread out in the living room and back den. Beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. We would definitely try to stay here again.

The Place was not a disappointment, the pictures are true to what you get. Located 1 short block from shopping and pubs.You can walk any were in minuets. The place was clean and had no odors. If I go back I would definitely seek out Park lane again.

Beautiful house, great location
This house is in an ideal location on a quiet street just a few minutes' walk from town. The house is modern, well furnished and immaculately clean. Shelley stocked the fridge with some eggs, cheese and other goodies so we had something for breakfast during our stay. Highly recommended.
