Raffles Dubai was an amazing experience!!! We arrived at 6am due to an early flight and they offered to check us in early and even upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite! The buffet breakfast and afternoon tea were exceptional as part of Raffles Club lounge access, with included cocktails. All the staff were extremely hospitable. I can’t remember having experienced this level of service anywhere in the world. We will be recommending this amazing hotel to everyone! Special thanks to Michael, Achmed and Bader, and all the staff who ensured we loved our stay.

This was the best anniversary stay we could have hoped for ! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL ! The pyramid style structure and statues are amazing ! The staff make the hotel flourish, from the catering (who always want to make the food the way you like it and topped you up with beverages) to reception and service staff at the door (who were always willing to guide you to the best visitor sites and help with luggage) and housekeeping (who cleaned the rooms thoroughly and even on call whenever extra items were needed). They all gave the service with a smile and went above by remembering the special events! The lounge team (Kashi, Irene, Davina and Casey) were so helpful and even remembered it was hubby’s birthday so wished him with a slice of cake ! These little gestures truly made this trip special and memorable ! It was a holiday we were sad to be leaving and wished had lasted longer! Will definitely be going back to Raffles Dubai x👍
