Damage Waiver or hold for Incidentals: We offer you the choice between a $29.99 Damage Waiver or a credit card hold for Incidentals. The Damage Waiver covers minor damages and wear and tear up to $500, providing peace of mind during your stay. Credit Card Hold for Incidentals: You have the option to authorize a larger amount on your credit card, which will be held in reserve throughout your stay. This credit card hold is refundable as long as the property remains undamaged during your stay. Please be aware that this hold will not result in a charge unless damages occur. In the event of damages, the refund may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card company's policies.
Rental Agreement: We require all guests to sign our rental agreement, which outlines our property rules and expectations. This agreement helps ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone.
Pre-Arrival Guest Screening: As part of our commitment to safety and security, we conduct additional guest screening through a trusted 3rd party company, Super Hog. This process is designed to protect our property and guests.

The garage is shared access with the owner parking in the smaller garage bay. Guest are welcome to use the larger garage bay granted that they follow the parking instructions.
