Three bedroom (King, Queen & 2 twins) 2 bath, situated at the end of a cul de sac on .75 acre lot and located within strolling distance to the bay and nature trails of the Northwest. The property offers complete peace and privacy. All new hardwood floors, renovated kitchen, primary bath, guest bath, 55 inch & two 40' inch flat screens, freshly painted, heated saltwater pool with blue stone patio make this an ideal summer rental.
*Please note tenants are responsible for the cost of pool heating during their stay. The meter will be read prior and after each rental.

Great experience
We had a great time in East Hampton. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s located on a quiet street with lots of privacy. The host is very friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place
Susan’s place is a very nice cottage immersed in the nature. Super quite and relaxing but still very close to East Hamptons and other places where to dine and shop. Nice pool outside and huge garden in the back where to enjoy the silence of the bush. Friendly check in and check out Highly suggested

The house is gorgeous, stylish and well-equipped. The pool area is perfect; so nice for relaxing day or night. Lovely setting, surrounded by trees. The owner was super-responsive to any questions, and gave us some great hints and tips about where to go and what to do. Didn’t want to leave!!

Lovely quiet and secluded getaway
We were very comfortable during our stay at Susan’s. Directions were clear and Susan was responsive and readily available when we had questions. She also checked in via text to see if we needed anything and if we were comfortable and I appreciated the hospitality. Property is quiet and idyllic as it’s next to a forest land reserve, which is a luxury for us city people! Also the pool was absolutely amazing.

Goodbye city lights-hello peace and quiet!
This house was absolutely perfect for the Memorial Day weekend! It was located in a quiet area where you can hear birds and appreciate nature. The owner Susan was amazing! Very helpful and responsive to questions and texts. She is a great expert in recommending places to eat and explore! With having a 7 year old the pool was her favorite part! The house itself is clean and comfortable! I definitely would come back! The house is close to the beaches and only 20 mins from either Montauk or Sag Harbor. A great getaway I hope more people get to explore!

Nice family getaway
Susan is a very accommodating host and extremely responsive. The house is close to town and very well appointed and the kids had a blast in the pool! The backyard area is great and we had fun playing ping pong!
