Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even though they didn't speak English. Away from the front desk It was still a wonderful experience. The pool maintenance man was extraordinarily kind and giving good directions where you could eat and not clean out your bank account and kept the pool area safe, clean welcoming to the guest that we're using it.You never had to look for a towel. Always picked up very proud of his work outstanding employee.

We travel with a small well behaved dog so this was the perfect option for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the walk across the foot bridge! We would recommend to everyone!

They were having issues with water pressure. I was not able to take a shower and I was here on an anniversary trip. When I went to the front desk to ask about the water they were telling the folks that were checking in that there were issues with the water and giving them the option to change their reservation. I was not told at check-in about this issue. Otherwise it was a cute Hotel not part of a chain, I would have even considered staying here again. But when I called back the next day to talk about refunds they did not even offer an apology for my experience, for not telling me at check in and giving me the option to change my reservation, I was disappointed that they didn't acknowledge the issue. We ended up moving packing up and moving hotels instead of going out to our dinner reservation.

I was in town for business, so this was a great place to stay the night and have nice meal. I really enjoyed the nearby Caribbean restaurant. Facilities were clean and quiet.

We love staying here. Always clean, comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. It’s quick to get on the bridge to Wenatchee and close to the East Wenatchee mall. Pets are welcome.

The evening chek in staff was wonderfull. She did a great job. Pool was down for maintinance, and the shower was broken. Pillows are too soft. Other than that it was a good stay

It is a very average hotel. Staff was nice, beds decent. The hotel is next to a busy road and fairly noisy. Also the pillows are terrible. The balcony rooms are not worth the cost.
