We apologise that this was your experience however sometimes this does occur within the hotel industry and unfortunately it happened on your stay. We always have a team member on the desk who is able to fix the situation as soon as we are made aware. The handy phone in the room is a great way to contact 24 hours a day and we can come up to the room to fix the situation straight away. We hope this hasn’t left you with a negative impression on the hotel as we would hope to welcome you back in the future.
