We stayed 5 nights in Edinburgh recently and hotel hopped for fun. The Sheraton was the best hotel overall. Better than others such as the Radisson Blu! We’ll be back next year.

The property is great, very clean and comfortable bed. Though we didn't get a nicer view outside as requested, the staffs were all nice and attentive. We had a little issue with the shower door not closing shut and causing a little puddle on the bathroom floor everytime we shower it was not the staffs fault but rather a maintenance issue. We had access to their club lounge but the breakfast menu was the same for all the days we stayed there. It was great but i think people would appreciate more if they put a little variety on their menu. They do have a restaurant available on the site for full service. The city is very walkable and a warm bath at the end of the day is very relaxing! Great Hotel!

Over night at the Sheraton Grand
Our stay was perfect as we were attending a concert across the road in the Usher Hall on the Wednesday evening. Followed by drinks back at the hotel. The next day the hotel held our bags until we explored Dean Village. Fantastic👍

We were disappointed in the original room that was given to us but thankfully we got it changed. The cost to use the hot tub and pool was extremely high priced. The hotel was easy to walk around to various places but the over condition outside wasn’t what we had expected. The sidewalks were not well kept with signs that had fallen down and been on the ground for a while. We were sadly disappointed in how little the city did to keep the buildings and cemeteries etc in good condition despite the incredible history.

We chose this hotel as we wanted a place from which we can reach everywhere by walking as this was our first visit to Edinburgh. We stayed for four nights. Since we did not use cafe or restaurants, I cannot comment on them. However, the room facilities were below our expectations of a five star hotel. In our room, the provided shampoo, conditioner and body lotion were all the same. We noticed this after using the spa, over there all were clearly different. At the women’s spa - the dryer was not working. Tea and coffee was not replenished while we were there. The draw was not closing properly, shower pipe connection cover to the wall and the toilet paper holder were loose. Some other expected things were not provided such as earbud, toothpaste etc.

Excellent visit
A lovely experience from start to finish. The staff are warm and welcoming while maintaining a professional approach. The room was lovely and we could set the temperature to our preference. Comfy beds and peace and quiet led to a good night sleep. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very accommodating of my dietary restrictions. My sister and I look forward to booking another stay sometime soon.
