We were impressed from the moment of checking in. Staff were so friendly. Clean lobby. They had lemon/cucumber water upon entrance which was so tasty. Our room was so clean, beds very comfortable. Kids loved the pool, perfect size to sit in the hot tub while kids played in the pool. Also an amazing continental breakfast. Will be back!

If you want a good nights sleep do not stay here. The wall heating unit cycles on and then off for 10 seconds and repeat's this every 3 minutes. Staff said the system is set up this way. No way to turn it off.

Not happy!
Can’t believe you just let skip the dishes people in the hotel without confirming their order or checking by phone with guests. We were woken up by them knocking on our door. We looked out the peep hole, told them that we didn’t order anything and then 30 minutes later he knocked on our door again, I looked out and he was getting into the elevator so phoned the front desk to let them know what the hell was going on. Our King bed was terrible, bed was old and we kept rolling into each other. Won’t be going back. Very noisy in hallways, people smoking in front of the main doors. Didn’t feel safe around there.

No one even contacted from Expedia OR the hotel to tell us they couldn’t give us the room we booked due to no house keeping on site. So show up in the evening and don’t even get the room we booked but one that isn’t good for our family.
