Great stay

The manager text us to make sure everything was good with the room. We have stayed at many Embassy Suites this is the only manager that will check on us right after we check in. The room was clean smelt fresh. The breakfast is amazing. All around a very positive stay. The only thing is that I was told at Embassy suite in San Antonio that if we found the room cheaper on another site we would get a discount. The room on Hilton Honors was 20.00 dollars more than at Hotels.com

the mattress was horrible on the sofa bed it was like sleeping on just the mattress springs. The king size bed mattress was horrible had a big indention on one side. The sheets had stains and the bed sheets were put on inside out.
