The property was very nice. The workers were very kind & helpful. The room was an upgrade so we had more than we needed. 2 things for us. If we knew the type of coffee maker we would have brought our coffee. The other most people come in in the afternoon or evening, this includes from activities. The coffee in the foyer was not hot on either days we were there except in the morning. Minor stuff just observations.

I tried to get a refund, or even a partial refund, on a 2 night stay which I had to cancel. The reservation was non-refundable. I hoped the hotel would only charge for one night and refund the other. But they played hardball and I'm out totally. Not good business. Never again.

My husband and I were riding our motorcycles in the beautiful mountains of WVA and found this gem when we decided to stop for the night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well maintained. Added bonus - they offered covered bike parking, with security cameras and towels to wipe your bike down. The outside seating was awesome and we loved the huge map of the best riding routes and stops in the area. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

The pool and hot tub were closed. The room smelled sour and the bedding and rug was damp to the touch. The A/C had a mildew smell and had to be turned off. I woke up in the morning with a mild sore throat. The manager quickly acted upon my report of the room and request to check out early. He called hotels.com directly to assist with the early check out and refund process.
