No elevator for upper floors, property seemed a little rundown outdated however, everything worked in the room, it was quiet. Breakfast that was included was so – so have had better for these types of places. The staff was AMAZING!

The hallway was very noisy, there was a utility room that made a horrible noise. It was not noticeable inside the room. The staff was very attentive and nice. I spent over 200.00 per night the place looked more like 100.00-120.00.

I checked in late and it was dark andbi felt very safe in the parking lot and surrounding area. The staff were friendly and efficient with my check in. The bed was extremely comfy and there were lots of options for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay and felt very relaxed.

Check in was good and a pleasant receptionist. Unfortunately, there is no lift. In one of the rooms we had, had hairs all over the bathroom. Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from.

The Ellensburg Comfort Inn is well-maintained, quiet, has good amenities and is located conveniently close to I-90. The facility is older and in some places (e.g. the bathroom sealing surfaces) shows it's age more than others. Nevertheless, it was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room HVAC switched between heating and cooling with no problems. The free breakfast was fine and the breakfast area was roomy. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The staff were also very friendly, polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan on staying there in the future when we come to Ellensburg.

This was a great hotel for me and my bestfriend! We went to a concert at the gorge and it was perfect. Great room and nice comfortable bed! Highly recommend if you are going to a concert at the gorge

The property was doing painting work when I stayed, so there was quite a bit of debris on the rugs and walkways. Also, there is no elevator at this property and only one staircase at the far end of the building, which made getting in and out difficult.

This property is a abysmal condition. On check in, we were given a non-smoking room that still smelled STRONGLY like smoke. The front desk staff at least made an attempt to make things right and offered us a different room, but with a different bed configuration. This second room had a completely different stale smell, and badly stained carpet. We ended up checking out immediately and not staying. The entire property just feels dirty and poorly kept.
