This was a hopping place for a small town, clearly a family place with a pool and breakfast included. Staff was friendly as were other guests, actually. Breakfast was very good, basic waffles and sausages, breads and cereals.

Both beds in our suite were absolutely horrible. Mine was so bad that I literally had to go to my chiropractor twice to alleviate the pain. And good luck talking with anyone at the hotel about any issues with your stay. I emailed the GM Jen twice, and she couldn’t even be bothered to get back in touch with me. I guess I’ll be staying at other hotels in the future.

There were so many people staying here that we were in another building. The carpets were the dirtiest I have seen in any hotel. We were on the upper floor and there was no elevator so we had to lug suitcases up and down the stairs which was not easy because I was recovering from a foot injury. The check in was also very slow because there was only one person doing it.

All was very good except cards to access (annex) building (where we were staying) and room malfunctioned x2 so that we needed new cards made up twice. Inconvenient and a little irritating.

The hotel was clean and checkin was seamless. The area was quiet and safe. The breakfast was good but they seemed to have scaled back on breakfast options. All in all I would stay at the hotel again.

This hotel is in real need for a remodel, elevator door was bent until it shook when trying to open/close, the shades in our room were cut and torn, our rooms door frame was didn’t fit allowing hall sounds & light into our room. Overall, the people are great. The facility needs help.
