Filthy and in desperate need of cleaning
We stay at a beach house every year and this one by far was the worst we have ever stayed at. The beds were made but I feel that is the only thing done. Floors were full of crumbs and food, hair balls on rug, a layer of dust on surfaces. We spent hours cleaning every dish before using it, silverware tray (full of food particles), had to get fabreze and air fresheners just to be in the house. Shower curtains were moldy and the place was just dirty. If the owner is paying someone to clean this place - they are wasting money because it is far from clean. The location is great and owner occupied non-rentals on each side of the unit made for a nice week at the beach (despite the conditions of the unit).

Amazing location, vacuum needed
The house is perfectly placed so a view of the amazing ocean is available from almost every room in the house. The shower below has a private and comfortable place to wash the sand off before you come into the house. The owner has everything a person needs to enjoy the beach so whatever you forgot is available for you. My ONLY complaint is the strange odor in the two bottom bedrooms and the amount of dust I vacuumed up from the carpet. Those are fairly easy fixes and if you don't suffer from allergies or OCD you will LOVE this wonderful home.

Great place for the price
Easy access to the beach and a great view from the deck. I like that the deck has a privacy divider between the 3 properties that are attached, although the neighbor we met was very nice and absolutely no issues at all. The location is great... nothing bad to say about the location. The only negative I have is that the basement (which has 2 bedrooms) gets musty if you don't keep the dehumidifier running 24x7 (and empty the bucket 2X per day).
