Affordable and convenient getting back and forth between NYC and Englewood with a rented car. Much more peaceful and affordable than a hotel in NYC but easy tourism access. Parking easy staff professional and hotel restaurant could not have been much better.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the lobby, pool and workout areas were excellent. The staff is working very hard, but the hotel is badly understaffed. The breakfast is not free and the food was low-quality. One of two elevators was on the fritz the entire week, leading to frequent queues. I'm sure the C-suite execs are doing fine from the savings. Or maybe the profits are going to Falun Gong; inexplicably, the Epoch Times was on offer.

It’s ok, the pool DOES NOT LOOK AS ADVERTISED and the front desk clerks need more hospitality training. The room was ok, carpets need to be cleaned and I had to clean out the tub. The restaurant nor room service answered any of my calls, when we went in person, no one was anywhere to be found. We only stayed one night but my experience wasn’t good so maybe I will look for different hotel next time.
