Staff was excellent but they mentioned they made us upgrade to a suite with a hot tub but the tub was just a bath tub. The reservation included breakfast which they barely offer because they do not have a kitchen at the villa (I guess by design but they should not have charged us). They have issues with the toilettes, they smell regardless of how much you flash. Staff was great at the villa property but not the restaurant and winery.
