At the eastern entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, this lovely little retreat located within The Pines at Estes Park Condominium complex offers seclusion as well as nearby sights and nature exploration, too!

Bask in the calm of this simple home. The living room has a comfortable leather sleeper sofa and a decorative fireplace. Tune out for awhile and watch cable TV or bring your own movies and utilize the DVD player and VCR. Surf the web with the Internet connection available to you, and plan your itinerary for the next day. There's a balcony just outside the sliding glass doors where you can sit and watch the deer and elk.

The dining area has a dark wood table and chairs and comfortably seats four, and the cheerful and functional kitchen has all the standard appliances you need.

In the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. The additional sleeper sofa in this one-bedroom, one-bath takes the maximum occupancy to four guests.

If you stick close to home, Estes Park Golf Course is less than a half-mile away, and there's a a bike path right across the street. A six-mile drive will take you to Rocky Mountain National Park where you can indulge in a number of outdoor activities, like horseback riding, fishing, and hiking. This stunning natural environment offers a breathtaking backdrop for scenic drives, and the Alpine Visitors' Center at the summit of magical Trail Ridge Road has loads of information about the fascinating ecosystems in the area. The town of Estes Park offers plentiful options for dining and shopping, also, as well as famous landmarks like the Stanley Hotel, inspiration for Stephen King's 'The Shining.' Hidden Valley is a great venue for sledding during the winter.

the name aptly describes the location and decor. spacious and clean except for the patio which had food residue on the table and deck - easily rectified though. there was also only one drinking glass in the kitchen but hopefully once this is tead they will supply more😁

Beware of This Rental!
I left a more detailed review on Vacasa’s website, but they didn’t approve of the review or deleted it since it’s so critical of the experience. (A Frustrating Stay)This rental felt like staying in an elderly person's home, and not in a good way. Normally, I avoid leaving negative reviews, but this experience warrants one. The remodeled bathroom was the only positive. (Trouble at the Door)The keyless entry system required a frustrating ten-digit code, constantly timing out, which made unlocking the door a nightmare. A shorter code would have been far more practical.(Overbearing Rules)Inside, the apartment was filled with excessive rules, from "Remove your shoes" signs to "Do not unplug anything." These demands felt unreasonable and made the stay unpleasant. (No A/C and Sweltering Heat) The apartment has no air conditioning, making it unbearably hot, even with fans and open windows. Temperatures hovered around 79 degrees at 9PM, making it hard to sleep. (Fridge Issues) The refrigerator was set too cold, freezing and ruining $100 worth of produce. When I contacted the management company for a refund, they requested a receipt, which I didn’t have, and then never followed up. (Early Departure) We chose to leave a day early and booked a hotel with air conditioning, cutting our stay short. This rental, combined with the exhaustion from our trip, made us eager to leave. (Other Complaints) The internet was so slow it made streaming or regular use impossible.

Nice place
Close to Rocky Mountain National Park where we went every day. When we arrived the toilet was continually running out the overflow. My husband adjusted it so it would quit and save you many gallons of water. He also tightened the loose toilet seat. We wished on the first days that were over 80 degrees in the apartment that there would have been working AC. Other than that it was very nice and clean an updated bathroom and a well stocked kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pine Cone Condo. Parking was very close to the unit and convenient. It was very clean. The check in process was simple and easy. It was nice to have a balcony. The location was fantastic. So close to Rocky Mtn Nat Park and the center of town.

We had a good stay, the property is in a good location and had all the necessities. This was our second stay in this place. A few things that would improve the stay are larger cutting boards, heavier blankets, better wifi, improved couch, shades for the patio that are more light blocking.

Location and cleanliness was great. Listing indicated laundry in unit- which there was. It was just not a working laundry. Had to go to laundromat and spent 5.25 which I was informed would not be reimbursed as laundry had been taken off earlier in year. Was listed when I rented the unit.

Overall was a great place to stay. Online listing was accurate. It was nice to stay where the neighbors are long term residents, a more homely feel. Things that would make this place better are more blankets (we got a sheet and 1 light quilt), clean the dishwasher, get the pantry door working.

This property is 5 stars bc of its closeness to RMNP. We planned 3 days of hiking and this was an ideal spot to reset each night. It was clean and adequate. I give it 4 stars bc it’s older and not updated. Furniture is from the 90’s. Bed was comfy. Sofa Bedding dated. Kitchen and bath adequate. Kitchen did not have extras like ziplocks or foil or spices and coffee maker did not work. The exterior is also older. The entrance to all 8 condos is shared and inside so you will likely pass other owners while entering and exiting. We paid a bit much for the lack of updates…But it was clean and well located.

Great stay in Estes Park.
Nice place in a great location. We had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, close to RMNP. Very quiet location, we slept great. The only negative was checking in was confusing. The unit is in an apartment building, so I thought I was at the wrong place. Be aware parking isn't super close and the unit is on the second floor, so it's a little workout getting your gear to the room. That being said we would stay again. It was perfect for us.

Unpleased with property
I though I had rented Grandma's Cabin on 4 acres. We ended up with a tiny one bedroom upstairs apt with no elevator. I am a handicapped 64 yr old who would have NEVER rented an upstairs apt. My husband who is also a Senior citizens had to carry luggage, groceries up stairs. It reminded me of a college kid's first apt. Cheap trash bags that tore, cheap toilet paper, no tub mat. The outside door took 2 hands and a hard jerk to open. This is a fire hazard. I stayed 2 other placed in Colorado for a total of 10 nights. This one was the worst, I would not recommend this and doubt I hear back from your company.
