Upon arrival we learned that there was no elevator and my traveling companion is a Disabled Veteran who recently had knee and heart surgery. We had to carry everything up stairs. Lock to rm 211 was broken and Veteran fixed it. No maint on duty. Bath door also won't catch. Shower floor dirty. Very disappointing

Toilet not fasted properly to floor. Had to adjust toilet float to stop it from running. No table on left side of bed. Limited access to outlets. Breakfast was bare minumium. Room service was empty trash and new towels only.

This is your basic room for the night. Nothing special. Room was clean, water in shower was hotand the breakfast was adequate. If you're in Evansville and just need a place to sleep, this is it.

Our bed had stains all over the comforter and sheets too. Shower floor was stained and much of the carpet throughout the bedroom and hallway had large stains too. We were showed a second room and had the same problems. Parking lot felt unsafe (poorly lit). We saw someone stagger across the parking lot from the restaurant/bar next door and then collapse on the hotel walkway.

Absolutely disgusting, do not stay. Tried to bring it to their attention and was given various reason why they could not help us. I have pictures if anyone needs proof— dried dead worms along baseboards—dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. DO NOT stay here. Very sad that the service was as such and that I have to write a negative review.- as the hotel said “ we have to do what we have to do” I guess I do too, by providing an honest negative review.

Could not use either of the pop machines. Went to the front desk and told the guy that the pop machines weren’t working. His reply was “That’s weird”. So had to wait until they served breakfast to be able to get anything at all to drink. It was late so nothing close was open

Not the best experience
Our room smelled like smoke and when i called the front desk to let them know so I didnt get charged a fee they told me they had to kick someone out the night before for smoking in that room....why then did they put me in that room with only 5 cars in the parking lot!
