Nice room with beautiful view
I would stay in this hotel over and over again. I stayed on the 2nd floor. If you are on the bottom floor, I am not sure how much of a view you can get. I wish there were a 3rd floor so as a solo female traveler, I would feel safer keeping the sliding door open to hear the ocean. You cannot beat the view. There is a coastal trail that you can walk. There are enough restaurants and things to do. I stayed 2 nights and wanted to stay longer. It is so peaceful and relaxing. Downtown Fort Bragg has a little shopping center that you can walk for boutique stores. There is also a Safeway, CVS within driving distance. 5 stars for sure!!

At the beachcomber, each room has an ocean view. And what a view! The room was laid out well and immaculate. The staff was efficient and welcoming. Out a week long trip in California, this was the best place we stayed.

Overall it was fine. We could hear our neighbors talking and snoring through the wall. The outdoor patio and firepit were great. Access to the bike path was a plus too. Our only complaint was that we had a surprise extra fee at check-in for our dog. When we booked the room online there was no mention of a pet fee. We specifically searched their website for pet fees beforehand. Please post all your fees on the website and on the online receipt.

The view was gorgeous the room was not. The walls are paper thin you literally could hear everything. The door had a huge gap and you could hear everything out there. The bed was rock hard and the bathroom was so small you could barely shut the door.
