We stand firm with our commitment for your health, safety and comfort so you can fully enjoy your stay with us. Likewise, the use of masks is requered in the shared areas of the property. Keep in mind that your safety is our priority!

Dream location for all the nature, culture and off-the-beaten-path activities Ft Lauderdale has to offer - you may not need much space, but you don't have to sacrifice luxury either! Brand new efficiency, king bed + double sleeper sofa, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, (sleeps 4). FREE brand new pool steps away, free parking for 1 car, if you would need more space, you should contact the owner. 10 min drive to the beach, restaurants in walking distance, short drive to historic homes, museums, nature preserves and outdoor activities like boat tours.

About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. This efficiency apartment is located in a single story building, so no need to worry about stairs or upstairs neighbors! The pool is steps from the front door, and the apartment has a small private yard. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include a King bed and a double sleeper sofa. A full bathroom, luxurious linens and thoughtful decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with nature, culture and beautiful surroundings.

“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

d. Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is fantastic for convenience - with restaurants, bars, grocery stores and museums within walking distance, and much more just a short drive, it’s hard to find a more centrally located vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale.

e. Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.

A good place to stay
For the price it is excellent. Good and secure and very well managed. I would suggest dishwasher detergent, a spatula, and coffee filters to be included with the kitchen. Also pool chairs are in terrible condition, so, if not for the price it is closer to 4 stars than 5.

Great location and facilities
We needed a 3 day stay between cruises with washer and dryer availability. (takes 4 quarters each). This studio was the best choice for us. Located in the desirable Lake Ridge neighborhood (Sunshine and Hwy1) area, it was so easy to get around. The king size bed as well as pillows were very comfortable. It had its own sitting area outside in the back of the unit. Window a/c is used as this was a refurbished old style Florida motel. We loved the nostalgia The pool was nice and warm as well as clean. The landscaping was also very inviting The WiFi was steady. We travel with our own firestik and streaming was a breeze. No dreaded blue circle. Communication with management was great. We hope to stay here again in the future.

No cable , so we were not able to watch any football play off games. They said they were working on it but it was never fixed. They had an entire week to work on it. They said it was not their fault. It may not have been but it was certainly not my fault! Only one bath towel for the two of us for the entire week!

Problems we encountered, some people might not think these are issues but here goes; 1- the sofa mattress had a large dark stain in the middle and was uncomfortable due to the age - lumpy/springs. 2- the front door lock would not lock/ problems with key pad... have to jiggle around with the device 3- the floors were dirty, 4- no screens on windows can't get fresh air only the scented A/C air which was strong, 5- no face cloths to wash with, 6 - small frig had a strange odor, 7- coffee filters are for 2 cup pot not 12 cup pot- 8- parking space was covered with overgrown shrubbery 9- no fan in bathroom no window in bathroom, 10- management was not very helpful. On a positive note the place had a great shower and was close to everything which was nice. I would never stay here again, hope this is helpful.

Wonderful stay!
This was a great place to stay for a family vacation. Check in was very easy and the hosts were great at communicating with us. Pool was nice and warm, room was clean and had everything we needed and the wifi was fast. The hosts were very accommodating - we were travelling with an infant and they made sure we had a high chair and pack and play for her. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Two main issues with this place Floors of the unit were not clean. My feet for the time spent here were dirty the entire time Lock on front door rarely worked. Wifi stopped worked 5 hours after arrival and never went back on

Nice unit in what appears to have been a small motel at one time. It was clean but it lacked a full length mirror (which women love). Nice little private courtyard outside with table and chairs. I asked for earlier check-in if the room was ready(we told him that we were checking out early). His response was that we could check in anytime after 7 AM-12PM for a fee. Worked for the weekend!

Overall this property was a great deal! Off the beach, but close enough to everything on foot if you like walking or a 5-10 minute drive. We didn't use the pool, so cannot comment on that. Neighborhood was cute and safe. Lots of residents out and about walking their dogs. There were pool/beach towels available for use, and they provided a few soft drinks in the mini fridge for our use. That was a nice touch! Property owner was responsive.

Perfect place to stay!
I was in town for business in the area for a couple of days. The condo was the perfect place with everything I needed ... simplicity, cleanliness, and most of all it was centrally located and very easy to access. Every need was taken care of.
