The only complaint I would have is that on the website, it showed a much closer view of the ocean (rooms by the volleyball court) than the room I actually was given. We did have an ocean view but we had to walk across the Skywalk to get to the rooms which meant it was farther from the beach. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

It was horrible I’m not staying there anymore the ac broke in the middle of the first night I let them know at 8am and I left the room because it was hot I came back at 2pm still broken and I was sweating in the room I had to leave the room at 4:30pm for my event I couldn’t even get ready because it was so hot and they were trying to fix the ac from 2pm to 4pm and still couldn’t fix it I ended up switching rooms when I came back from my event which 11pm

Valet is $55 a night to park your car across the street. Naked crab menu did not have the menu that we originally saw on the site. Our Wreck Bar mermaid show was cancelled the day of. Our mirror fell off of the wall in the middle of the night. We switched rooms twice, after the second smelled of complete sewage. This place was remodeled quickly and cheaply to the lowest of standards.

Me and my wife stayed here for 6 nights, room was somewhat clean, they don’t seem to clean/dust off dust on walls etc, food is expensive and not a lot of options and you can’t bring in outside food unless it’s into the room only. Most likely won’t be back, but the pool and the private beach was great. 👍

Our room was not clean. It was so dusty. The phone was even dusty. The toilet was overflowing when we walked in. Do not stay in the clipper rooms which are near the marina or the city view. You have to upgrade the room and stay at an ocean front room. The pool and ocean are the best part of the hotel.
