I had 3 rooms. They all smelled ready bad,,, old smoking smell. The carpet had a sticky substance on it that stuck to my feet. We had to use lysol and febreeze to sleep in the room. Will not choice again for family...

We have previously stayed at Candlewood Orlando (outside of Disney springs) and absolutely loved it. This stay was a terrible experience. For 253$ a night we got a moldy bathroom, open milk container in the fridge from previous guests, an atrocious scent in the room (mold/mildew maybe??), and an airport transport that took 1hr (starting at the time the call was placed to hotel to request the shuttle, ending at the time we walked into the hotel). The hotel was 5mins from the airport. The shuttle made several stops (one pick up that we we are confident was NOT a hotel guest), the shuttle door opened during transport, the driver was completely inappropriate blasting music, honking at others multiple times throughout the ride. Needless to say, we will never stay again. Very disappointed, especially after a previous experience with the hotel brand that was fantastic.

We had ants in the kitchen area. We didn’t notice until our last night there. We told the front desk and they offered to spray. We have videos of the bugs. They sprayed and the ants were still there.

When I arrived to the hotel I was informed that they were over booked and canceled my reservation. No warning or communication from hotels.com. Was out in a very awkward situation. With no vehicle or phone service; I was forced to pay $12 for roaming service to obtain service on my phone and I was forced to pay additional transportation costs to get to next hotel.

I like to stay at Candlewood Suites because it is so close to off-site parking for the airport. It is safe, clean, and very quiet. It is across the street from a grocery store and restaurants.
