Pleasant little apartment
Brian & Aleyda are wonderful hosts. We will be back to this wonderful property again. *You must go to Tiki-Tiki* Pros -Food/snacks/drinks were waiting when we arrived. So impressed that upon arrival the hosts provided just enough groceries to get us thru a cpl days while we waited for our groceries to be delivered from Walmart. Bread, deli meat & cheese, coffee, snacks, fresh fruit & veggies, & small bag of ice among other things. Even cpl alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks!! So appreciated. 2.) They have everything you could think of for a day at the beach: chairs, towels, floaties, beach toys, umbrellas!!! 3.) Property is simple & beautiful. A mini oasis 4.) Sooooo close to the beach…like four houses down!! Loved it. 5.) The beach is private & has life guard with NO CROWDS Cons (This is only meant to be helpful to others deciding if this is right for them…no negative feeling here.) 1.) The bathroom is on the small side. We are not big people and felt almost on top of the toilet paper roll. 2.) The mattress is definitely on the firm/hard side. We had achy backs a cpl of mornings. 3.) Be aware that when using the stove use the low setting…we have a gas stove at home and still found it hard to cook without burning. 4.) I would hope this doesn’t happen often, but I was eaten alive every time we sat under the tiki hut. Now, we visited in July and humidity was extremely high. In addition, Florida had just gotten rained on for weeks. Just something to keep in mind.

Stayed here for a few days during spring break. I booked it for the walking distance to the beach. It was very quiet and lovely area. Its just the right distance from the tourist area that you don't even know it's there. Our place was just the right size. Had no problem parking. The property had a common area that was shaded and a nice place to relax.

Great location, quiet yet walking distance from the boardwalk. Loved the Tiki Tiki restaurant just a short walk away. Owners went above and beyond to take care of us. Courtyard is sublime. Plan to go again.

We loved the tropical garden to relax at/in at night. The snacks and beverages upon check-in was absolutely awesome. The owners are very friendly, and go above and beyond to make your stay "perfect." The closeness to the beach was great, too.

Lovely oasis convenient to all the action
My husband and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale for Hyrox, so having a relaxing place to stay with a functional kitchen and good, easy parking was important. This place checked every box and exceeded expectations. The outdoor grill was a huge bonus! Convenient to the airport, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Dania Beach yet so quiet that you can hear the owls hoot at night and relax in the outdoor living room under the tiki hut and lovely beach just steps away, this location is a hidden gem with top notch hosts and staff. We can’t wait to come back!

Exceptional stay
The apartment was wonderful and we loved every moment of it. Most of the time we were at the Dania (?) beach which is one of my favorite in the world. Quieter, so it is great for families and it is a half block from the ocean. What was pressurizing was they had bikes and we couldn't stop the 12 year old from riding on the path. Even I, an old Nana, got on the seat and took a ride. They had a bevy of snacks when we walked in the door which really helped us from a day of travel. I am truly hoping we will be able to return next year. It's an amazing place and my fingers are crossed.

Peaceful, great location
We wanted a place to relax and unwind for a few weeks and this place exceeded our expectations! We are ready to face the world again after staying at this beautiful place. We love nature, the beach, the bikes, the cleanliness of our place, THE SNACKS but mostly The owners! Bryan and Aleyda were around but not in your face. If you needed something you knew they would be around at some point so friendly and welcoming…new friends. Met several other guests and they were so friendly and respectful of our space. I loved the little table outside the door and we could cook many of our own meals and eat outside for all meals. Places to run were endless. I could go on and on but you get the picture…it was perfect for us and we look forward to returning! Thanks so much for everything ♥️

Perfect for us in every way! After a late late arrival, we were elates to find a fresh fruit tray and cold drinks including chilled wine, waiting for us! The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We took full advantage of the relaxing gardens, and loved meeting the other guests. The hosts were totally responsive and friendly, and gave so many suggestions for activities in the area. We used Uber to get around. So easy! Highly recommend this sweet spot just a few short steps to beautiful sand and warm water for swimming!

I feel very lucky to have found this place and spent a happy week escaping the bleak Midwest. It’s a family owned and operated property located in a neighborhood of low rise apartments and homes, steps to the beach. Both the apartment and the area are quiet and safe. As the other reviewers note, the garden is gorgeous. The place was scrupulously clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen have been updated. One of the advantages of the location being fairly close to the airport is that I decided not to rent a car for the week and with the help of a couple of apps managed just fine. What made this a 5 star place in my opinion was the hospitality —Brian is one of the best hosts I’ve had in my online rental experience, and there’s an impressive array of extras that come with the apartment—bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and don’t even get me started on the awesome welcome snacks. Highly recommend, and I would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at this artsy gem. Excellent location. Can easily go from beach to the room for any needs. The property had several semi-private areas to enjoy for coffee, cocktails, a book or just relaxing. All patrons were friendly. We were able to recharge completely here.

Amazing! Absolutely Amazing!
Such great hosts! We got in pretty late the first ugly and they had snacks waiting for us! I was so grateful. The property is breathtaking! I couldn’t believe how beautiful us was! The perfect place to unwind. It was the best vacation ever! We rode the bikes provided every day and the unit felt like we lived there. I will only vacation here from now on.

The condo is just as advertised. We had a great stay. Communication and check in/check out was very easy and the rental was very clean. The owners even gave us some snacks which were very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The condo is very close to a nice quiet beach and within walking distance of a really nice restaurant. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great place!
It was the perfect size for a couple and so comfortable, clean and cozy! The proximity to the beach was wonderful (just a few steps) and a perfect view for our morning coffee. The garden was beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood in close proximity to the Broadwalk and restaurants. Bryan and Alleyda were great hosts! We had a great time and would definitely recommend!

Best relaxing vacation ever
We are pushing AARP age, so we don't need fancy party life. We need relaxation and a beach and we got all we wanted. But, within walking distance, and I mean less than 5 minutes, there are fishing charters, a fishing pier on the beach, a fishing walkway on the inland waterway, a state park, and a couple of nice restaurants. The beach is less than 100 yards away, and there is a lifeguard station right there. The beaches were clean with plenty of shells, and plenty of birds to watch. I got to watch an Egret every day hunting for lizards. Didn't encounter unruly people. It was Spring Break for the local schools, yet we didn't have crowded beaches. The first thing that got me interested with the property was the photos of the the outside areas of the property. It was even better in person. There aren't that many units on the property so it allowed us to use that area as much as we wanted. It was like having a hideaway spot to chill outside if you wanted to be outside but didn't want too much sun and to chill at night. Communication from property owner was great before, dring and at the end of our trip and he even came by and introduced himself. He helped us with accommodating some our needs we had once we arrived. When we arrived, the fridge had an assortment of drinks in it, a cut fruit bowl, which was so awesome after traveling for several hours and assorted snacks/chips. We had our own reserved parking spot at the property. They have netflix, hulu and a few other tv apps to watch as well. They had several bikes to ride and chairs and umbrellas for the beach. All of the extras come with the stay at no extra cost. The property was well maintained and clean. Anytime I needed a recommendation or had a questions, I was able to contact the property owner and got rapid responses. I felt safe at that property any time of day and we did a lot of walking on the beach throughout the day and after dark, and walked on the side streets. My only regret was not staying a few days longer. We travel a lot, and when we come back to the area, we will definitely be looking to stay here again.
