The hotel will be beautiful - after they finish construction but staying there during it & not being notified was annoying! Our room was also filthy when we arrived - the hotel did rectify it but it shouldn’t have happened at all. We lost hot water (multiple floors) and only was told when we called to complain. Although the manager compensated us - I would never stay here again. Too many issues for a 3 days trip.

Last couple of day it was very noisy and the day before I left I couldn’t sleep because of the room next to me the was very noises and also the refrigerator was leaking water and not cooling the stuff that I put in there food and hotel is very over priced. But staff is very good and helpful I wish if it wasn’t that over priced for room. Because I would surely suggest my friend to go there but of the price I can’t.

We have dated this hotel twice in one week. From the time that you pull up and check in it’s some of the most family staff that I have ever encountered that a hotel. And I especially want to thank Jenne at the pool bar and area. Everyone always went out of their way to be very accommodating! Even upon our arrival from our cruise coming back, we were able to get checked in a little early things. We will definitely be back.

Pool area always crowded. Half of the lounge chairs were reserved and had to pay to use. Beach was beautiful. Valet guys were awesome. Front desk assistance was just ok. I asked if i could grab a bottle of pop or water at the hotel and they said closest spot is a 10min walk, meanwhile they had refreshments available in the front cafe to purchase. Got an ocean view room but wasnt infront of the ocean. Construction in the lobby. Overall 7/10
