Loved everything about this property. Check in was super easy. We could check in early and even got an upgraded room. The front desk and pool staff were so sweet and did an amazing job helping us during our stay. The area is great area for vacationing as well. Not too far from the airport either. Everything from start to finish was so amazing that i was actually blown away! At check in i walked in with a sense of impending doom because it seemed to be a large group ahead of me with alot of questions but nope....out walks another employee and helps me right away. He was very pleasant and gave me a quick run down of the facilities, not to mention the delicious champagne and treats for my little one. The room was clean and spacious and bed very comfortable. My temperature unit was reading replace battery which i reported and was taken care of in a heartbeat. Other reviews mentioned being older and not taken care of but that was complete nonsense. The renovations were beautiful and very nicely kept especially for a well used resort on the beach! The restaurant was also amazing. Our server Jacob was awesome. He was timely and wore a huge smile. The food was outstanding with very fresh fish and fast service about which i commented to the manager and he was kind as well. The hotel was in a great location and the staff down to the pool guy Hector was just superb!!! We'll definitely be back!! Thank you for a pleasant stay!!
