Dated Property, but Definitely a VALUE
Front-desk service was EXCELLENT. Property is dated. Floor a little dirty when walking around. Otherwise an EXCELLENT VALUE very near the beach. Restaurants on the Boardwalk were very, very good.

This is a great little place to stay… just a block from the beach. Rooms a clean and comfy…a little dated but very well kept! We love staying here, staff is fantastic. Can’t wait to go back.

Great property- old Florida charm - and only a couple minutes walk to beautiful Hollywood beach and broadwalk. Short walk to Jimmy Buffets Margaritaville hotel. Parking for the stay is available for a small fee, and that is very important because street parking on Hollywood Beach is by the hour and expensive. I’ve stayed here several times. Good vibe.

Good Stay
Awesome unfussy experience. Right next to the beach and decent bars. Very clean suite. Stove wasn’t working the best but we still had a hot breakfast. Will be staying here again.

This was such a cute place! It was very close to the Hollywood boardwalk and close to the best Mexican place. The bathroom was HUGE. Probably could’ve been a bit smaller and the room bigger but it was just fine for us. Was also nice that they had beach chairs available to use at the beach for no cost. I do wish that there was designated smoking only places on the property as there were several people hiding in walkways smoking and it was disgusting.

Hidden jewel of Hollywood Beach!
This is our go-to place when we are taki g a cruise. We think it is a hidden jewel. So clean, quiet and the staff is amazing. You are less than one block from the Broadwalk and Hollywood Beach. Couldnt stay at a better place. See you in January!!

The property is very close to the Broadwalk. The hotel itself is a bit run down and not as pictured. The pool was very dirty and many pool chairs/loungers were broken. We found bugs in the ice machine on 3 different occasions. The room could use a facelift. We found hair on the mattress pads, the door was challenging to lock. We did not stay the entire trip due to lack of cleanliness and run down area. We were not impressed with the area.

Great location. Close to beach, restaurants and boardwalk. Still homework to do in terms of replacing mature furniture and updating look. However excellent value for price point which has aided the scoring. Very pleased overall.
