This hotel is old with bad layout and totally lacking any hospitality or friendly service as you might expect at this level. There were not enough seating for breakfast with the coffee and tea set up very far from the food. They opened one of the small conference room in order for some more people to be able to sit down for breakfast. The front desk doubles as a bar which is a very confusing set up. Also, they wanted $9 per person for shuttle service from the airport and to Port Everglades. We took Uber instead which cost the 4 of us a total of $10 from the airport and $12 to Port Everglades. Worst of all, one of the TWO elevators was not in operation and the other one broke the next morning with people trapped in it. No one informed us to ask for assistance with our luggage so some people had to bring their luggages down the stairs. My mom went down and asked for help so we got help getting our suitcases downstairs. There are some good things that earned the 2 ⭐ which is that the rooms are very, very spacious and the toiletries are very good.

Pool= good Shuttle= non existant, they contract a third party and charge for all shuttle service Room= small but fine. no blankets or setup provided upon check-in had to request additional bedding the following day

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times in the past year. The location is perfect for my business needs dutings visit. I just fo not understand why they want to charge me premium rates and give me a room, on the bottom floor, next to the pool and elevator ehete yhere is constant traffic, children, and noise. I feel I should receive a refund. As zi paid for premium king, was given a queen. Why does the check in girl have an attitude

The room was like a suite. A big bang for your bucks. I disembarked the ship at 9:00 and was at the hotel by 10:00 or a bit later. While we could not check in til 3:00 pm, the host allowed us to leave our bags in his locked staff area and gave us a pool pass so we could swim in the pool and then go to lunch at the nearby shopping place. All the staff were amazing. In the morning, I would have missed my lyft if it weren't for the hostess who helped me "confirm" the pickup. They were all incredibly kind and positive. I highly recommend staying here.
