For the price I paid I expected a real Lobby and a separate eating area for breakfast. People are eating around the small check in counter and the bar. No where to sit. Called for shuttle. Said only one and he will be there in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes and two more calls for the shuttle. We gave up and took a cab that got us there in10 minutes. The shuttle van was at the hotel when we arrive so we waited for nothing. He never left the hotel to pick us up. I will never stay there again
