Overall, a good property. The staff was friendly and meet my needs. The hotel is a little dated but was very neat and clean. By dated I mean no charging cord outlets in the rooms. The rooms were clean and very spacious and overall it was a wry good experience. Again, good staff at the property and that makes a big difference.

The suitcase well laid out, but the couch was dirty. The phone didn’t work. The caulking in the shower was poorly done. The a/c was ice cold and could not be adjusted. In the lobby, the furniture was old and torn. There was no coffee other than breakfast. There was no shuttle. The entire hotel needs refreshing.

I like the location of the property, however this is my second time staying and i might not stay again. While i knew there was no microwave from my first visit i think microwave in the right would be good to heat up food. Yesterday when i arrived in the room their was no wash cloth so i had to call the front desk. Also a bottle what was used to clean the room was left in the room.

Room 122
Although the bed was extremely comfortable, do not stay in room 122 unless you want a view of the hotel's air conditioning units. Woke up at 2:00 a.m. and saw a cockroach running around in the sink. Breakfast was just okay. Staff was pleasant.

I love staying at any Hyatt property so this one was no exception. I felt welcomed & the staff was very warm and kind to me [& to every other guests] from I came to when I left. My only complaint is the wifi in my room was terrible and I brought it to the staff’s attention but nothing was done so I had to come down to the lobby to have a proper connection.
