Property was tired and not kept up. Entered the room and the key fob cover fell off the front door. Inside the room, the baseboard and window sills were dusty and dirty. There were fresh coffee stains on the wall by the bed. Two floorboards were sticking up and were a tripping hazard. There was no vanity in the washroom and no in room coffee. There were so many things wrong with this room and the property overall, it was just not clean or kept up. The front desk was polite but genuinely did not care about any of our concerns. Waited to speak with the mangager for close to an hour, left our phone number and was not contacted. Had to follow up two times, the manager was rude and acted as though we were an inconvenience as we booked through Expedia. Overall, it was a very poor experience on all levels. Will not be returning, which is a shame as we’ve only had good experiences at Kimpton properties in the past.
