The room was very clean. Towels and linens looked fresh and new. The shower head looked new. Though the property is visible aged, our room was more than satisfactory! The front desk people were very accommodating and friendly. All staff were friendly even if we did not speak the same language.

The carpets in the rooms and the hallway smells bad and you can tell it’s been there forever. And I found ants in the bathroom, by the lamp and on the office desk. Otherwise Location is good not far from sawgrass mall and the staff were nice.

Was kind of disappointed at the room. No closet or hangers to hang clothes that I wanted to hang for my function the next day. For the prices they charge for this facility it’s a shame

My only complaint would be the rooms need to have a safe to store away your valuables. I refused housekeeping because i was told if my valuables went missing the hotel would not take any responsibility. Gladis from reception was awesome she was so informative and helped in any way she can.

Everything was amazing; the staff, breakfast, even the location. The only problem I encountered with was there was a small cockroach crawling on one of our bags during lights off when I had to grab something from it. Other than that, everything else is superb!
