As we walked in to check in we were told to wait 5 minutes cause he needed to finish a phone call with a old friend (not joking). Then after getting the room key we immediately asked for a refund due to mildew smell in the room which caused my wife to have a coughing attack. Also the handle on the sink in the bathroom was broken and could not turn on or off. Should have know from the weed smell while walking thru the property but was already booked thru expedia. DONT BE FOOLED BY PICTURES. HOTEL REFUSED TO REFUND THE ROOM EVEN AFTER WE DIDN'T STAY.

I didn't like the fact that i was there for 4 nights and didn't get a sheet change or clean towels....only to found out at the end that i should had requested those services . That place really need some mentainance assistance ASAP.... But it was nice i could order my stuff and front desk kept it safe until i return

Check in took too long. About 2 hours after. Bad to leave bags in the front office, sat bu the pool and check with the office often for any news about the room being ready. The place is not bad but there are old things scattered around the hallways. Rooms where average but clean. Faucet falling off, no courtesy tea or coffee.

Stay here often. Cheap but not dirty. Some rooms have been update but mine wasn't. They charge a fully refundable key deposit but let me slide as they remembered me and i had an early departure (they don't come in until 9ish).

I have used Ocean Mile Hotel for so many times and always stayed in a very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable room but this time I got so very disappointed with everything starting with the room. I see and smell the mold everywhere, the floor was dirty, the bed sheets were stained and so the towels and the refrigerator, I wasn’t able to sleep due to the loud music and by the noise guests next to me.

Great little gem priced below its worth
Oliver was very friendly and helpful. The place is better than expected. No bugs,clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool beach in walking distance and stove dishes and large fridge plus a desk arex2 and a 2 top kitchen table with 2 chairs and each desk has a chair also. Beds are comfortable. Tv works well many channels to choose from. Where can you get all that for less than $60 per night for 3 taxes and all in Ft. Lauderdale with no parking fee either. Very good for what you get for the price and no carpet is a plus for those who have allergies. Definitely book unless you are Hilton type you will be fine here. I’ve stayed at both and tbh what 1 night cost at the Hilton you can stay various days here and be quite content. Enjoy.
