This hotel room smelled bad, in the morning someone tried my door. When I took my bags to the car prior to checking out my curtains were left open, when I went back to do a final check to see if I had forgotten anything, the door wouldn’t open, the curtains were closed. I told the lady at the desk, she seemed unconcerned.

Stay away from this hotel
The bed frame extends beyond the mattress and I scraped both my shins real bad on them when walking around the bed. When on a cruise the next day and had to see an onboard doctor because I was concerned about infection. Cost over $300 to see him and antibiotics he prescribed. Was in pain for a few days so did not enjoy my time on the cruise like I could have. TV did not work either.

First room had cockroaches and they refused to move me rooms then charged me 113 dollars instead of letting me use hotels app again so it would be cheaper and now this other room has no hot water and they refuse to fix it or put me in another room with hot water and I have this all on video.

the front desk staff member was a Trump supporter and she unknowingly questioned my blue status as I was not a Trump supporter, and she told other people in the lobby she would take care of him as a red supporter and Trump would kick out the migrants and fix the country. Angry lady and unprofessional!
