The only issue i had was bathroom, bottom of shower was leaking ad and water all over bathroom. This is the issue in majority of room due to poor design and they will have to fix it somehow

Old and run down. Room and hallways smelled like smoke and marijuana. Rooms facing the back had garbage trucks make lots of noise early in the morning.

Everything was clean and nice looking so very nice staff, only complaint is the water from the shower goes all over the bathroom floor..pretty much floods the bathroom. Definitely needs a better drainage situation.

Pros- service was generally good. Location to beach is good. Hot tub was good Cons: so noisy. On one side is construction to the adjacent hotel and on the other side is the non stop running of the air conditioning system of another hotel. You can’t get any quiet anywhere. Only lukewarm water in the shower on my last day. Wifi and key didn’t work initially. They fixed but wifi was spotty in my room throughout. Renting chairs and umbrella on the beach will run you $40. Free chairs on the noisy pool deck (see above).

The resort was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Only downside was the water temperature from the shower. It was cold or Luke warm. And the renovation was a little noisy but. Not too bad. I will stay again for sure

Very good location. I loved the quick access to the pool and the beach with an elevator. Part of the hotel is in renovation so it was a bit noisy. There were no beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the hotel which was disappointing. But overall we had a great time

Pros: location - Winn Dixie, donkin, liquior store, McDonald’s across the street. Right on the beach! A lot of customers have been coming to this hotel for years - very friendly and helpful. Early check in and out for free. Not busy! Cons: going through construction but the new rooms lacked craftsmanship, bad design choices due to the bathroom. (No door on shower and water gets floor wet and the tile is glossy and slippery) No privacy on balconies, staff unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Mediocre cleanliness. On-site restaurant extremely expensive and tiki bar lacks fun and excitement. (We went next door to tiki bar)No microwaves in rooms as advertised. Beach is not up kept - garbage and debris. No music at the pool, tables, or umbrellas not unless you pay for a $50 cabana. Management: advice - not necessary to have full time staff for valet (no need for valet when parking lot is right there!) and towel attendant. Seems like a better way to manage the property by having towels accounted for when ppl check out like most properties do. Better yet - the bartender never has customers so they could do both jobs- shoot all 3!

I've stayed here many times. I paid for a partial view but could only see the roof top AC units. The bathroom was very small. The elevators weren't working. TV remote didn't work well. The blackout curtains didn't work well. Very disappointed.
