Currently (Jan 2025) the hotel is undergoing construction and except enjoying your room you have nothing else to do on this property as of this date. The rooms (mine at least) was pretty good having as amenities tv, fridge, safety box, coffe maker, comfy bed. The maid Marry will make or not make your room as you desire, and if don't want your room made she'd provide anything you need (coffe, towels, toiletries, etc). A few bucks also will go a long way. Front desk has also very nice staff. I interacted with Faye and Keith, both top notch people. Tons of restaurants arround and on Hollywood Boulevard. If you want a different experience try the Roumanian cuisine at Vila Romana.

The hotel is under construction for renovations. The staff was very helpful, attentive and nice. Its location is perfect if you want to explore the Hollywood avenue by foot and just 15 mins away from the airport. I know that this hotel is gonna be great once renovations are finished.

My room was nice, the price was reasonable. The hotel is in good location, many choices for restaurants and entertainment, within walking distance. The only negative is the lobby, pool and front entrance are under remodel construction. That probably explains the reasonable room rates during "In Season".
