The staff at this establishment are incompetent. While Richard is very cordial over the phone and by text, the staff at his company is rude, disrespectful, and probably under the influence of drugs. There is no explanation for why a non-smoking room smells like a cigarette box. It is evident that both the towels and the blankets are stained. Moreover, you should be prepared to check in and out of completely different hotels than where you are staying the night. Oh, it's because they send you a message once you have booked, directing you to a completely different check-in location and informing you that a deposit is required in cash only, so be prepared to shuffle around banks to get cash. I have never had a worse hotel experience in my life. The staff's aggressiveness and rudeness is beyond my comprehension. This is a place you should not visit. This is a place for those who wish to be treated as if they were trash. Then, if you wish to get your deposit back, they will make you go through a series of obstacles and hoops at each location. The fact that these people have the nerve to be rude when you ask why you must go back and forth to obtain a deposit is appalling. There is no reason for this to be given a star.
