when booking the reservation it mentioned that Parking was AVAILABLE, but unfortunately it did not mention that it was going to be charged, VERY EXPENSIVE for a 2 night stay, unbelievable and NO, there was no alert of this charge at check in. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!

Overall, we will definitely be back. The elevator did stop working our last day there and walking down from the 9th floor wasn't so fun but at least it was down, not up. They are very conveniently located by food, shopping and gorgeous views of the waterway. Definitely recommended!

Great location! Staff was friendly and hotel was well maintained with minor exception. The room was nice but could have been cleaned more thoroughly; a/c unit dripped an oily substance and initially blew out some black dusty material.

Hotel looking tired. Main lift was not working. Had to swap 1st room and despite it being late at night and the hotel being nearly full , they were quick to find me an alternative room. Bed was very comfortable. Over bath shower had good water pressure.
