Check in was a nightmare they tried to give me one room with “two rooms in it” instead of two separate rooms I had paid for and I said I was mistaken when in reality I had in fact paid for two separate rooms and we ended up forking out a whole room fee to get another room so we paid for three rooms only to get two I’m very disappointed

For the most part it was nice, especially the restaurant staff. The pool area needs improvement and regular cleaning and maintenance. The rooms have patchwork repairs. I was in one room where the shower leaked into the hallway carpet. overall its not the worst place I've seen with a Big Name.
