This is an old Art Deco hotel from many years ago. It shows some ware from those years and is now in the shaddow of high rise hotels. It's one block from the beach. The longer I stayed there, the more I enjoyed it's charactor. It is a good value in an area of high dollar beach hotels.

The staff is very welcoming, Room always clean. The only problem is the parking space you have to be there early cause they only have 12 or 15 spot. Overall I love this place

I was quite ok with this place being right on top of the beach and restaurants, etc. Until the day I had to depart. They only have limited parking which is ok but I was leaving at 06:30 for the airport and they had my car blocked in!! No one was around to contact. I thought my flight would be lost. I had to do 50 back-and-forth manoeuvers (on top of a curve. Glad it was a rental) with the small car I had rented, and I could just pass with 1/2 an inch on each side. I was super lucky and very frustrated!! So, I can only give it max 3 stars. Cleaning staff and check in was very friendly and accommodating. That why I was surprised about the parking.
