It was short and sweet! We were treated very well! Every associate we talked to was very friendly and helpful. The room had pleasant atmosphere and was clean and fresh. There is only one restaurant in reasonable walking distance and is pricey but the food was excellent. The only negative was the area around the property us pretty rough.

The first time I stayed the staff never offered me complimentary water. The area surrounding the hotel is unsafe. And the last night I stayed the staff limited me on utensils stating they couldnt give me more. So how was my other family member supposed to eat?

The view was something my fiancé and I had looked forward to, but the glass outside the window was so dirty, we weren't able to keep the curtains open for long. The bathroom shower had a small imperfection in one of the corners which had water leaking out every time we took a shower. The area nearby was littered with homeless people camping out by the Brightline, we had booked this hotel in the hopes of being able to walk downtown, but we had to take Ubers constantly due to the unknown dangers of the neighboring homeless camps. It was overall a disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Pool inconvenience.
Unfortunately the pool was being “worked on” so it was closed our whole stay which was a big inconvenience. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely kind however, the area wasn’t the greatest. Not really walking friendly. They have A guest laundromat that you have to pay for however, they have two washers and two dryers only one washer works, and the dryers never fully dried my clothes so I basically packed damp clothing. The rooms have no closets or drawers so I really had nowhere to put my clothing besides keeping it in my luggage. Overall it was a nice hotel but the fact that the pool was closed really upset us because we were on vacation and looking forward to laying by the pool.

Easy safe gated parking. Bathroom was not cleaned well, it appears someone had shaved before my stay and sink area still had hair in it when I arrived. Very modern rooms, nice appliances. Staff was very good, laundry, housemaids, mechanics….but front desk staff were dumb as rocks and clearly not knowledgeable of the area. They couldn’t even give simple walking directions. One even said to me “I don’t know how long a walk it is, I’m not from around here”. Still, the room was very nice for $91. In hotel parking was exorbitant at $30 a day.

Had to wait a half an hour to get my room key as the system was down. Based on staffs reaction this was a normal thing. I had to pay for parking, and the parking pass they gave me didn't work (went through 3 passes). Area seemed a little unsafe, and dirty.
